POLISHED CONCRETE
Polished concrete delivers a clean, professional finish that’s built for performance in demanding commercial and industrial settings. Through a multi-step grinding and honing process, the concrete surface is densified and polished to achieve exceptional hardness, clarity, and abrasion resistance. Polished concrete is popular in commercial buildings because it is easy to maintain through dust mopping and the occasional use of a cleaning product.
Polished Concrete comes in a varying degrees of Aggregate Exposure and Sheen.

ACID STAINED CONCRETE
Acid stain is a translucent, penetrating stain that slightly etches and permanently changes the color of concrete by reacting chemically with the hydrated lime in the concrete. When deciding on a look for your new flooring project, it’s important to understand that acid stain is not an overcoat like paint. If your concrete floor has drywall, mud, paint, wood stain, tile adhesives, carpet adhesives, grease, pet stains, etc either from construction or years of use, preparation of the concrete surface is crucial to achieving ideal results.
For color options, see the manufacturer’s color chart.
